Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance procedures and operations.
- Ensure all machinery is in the best working condition.
- Assess current maintenance work processes, to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Proactively improve upon equipment and reduce costs. Manage our maintenance software and use the data to help prepare for and prevent future problems.
- Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts.
- Recommend capital expense and oversee installations of new equipment. Create end of life replacement plans for equipment.
- Train new employees in maintenance work processes and procedures.
- Perform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work.
Requirements and Qualifications:
15+ years relevant experience in Industrial Bakery or similar maintenance management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
