Responsibilities:

• Lead community mobilization and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s in Social Sciences or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in community development (NGOs/INGOs/public sector)

💰 Pay Range: PKR 250,000 – 300,000

2️⃣ Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Design M&E frameworks and tools

• Conduct baseline, midline, and endline evaluations

• Analyze data and prepare reports

• Ensure accountability and learning mechanisms

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s in Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Business/Development Studies

• 10+ years of M&E experience in the development sector

• Skilled in data analysis and visualization

💰 Pay Range: PKR 220,000 – 270,000

3️⃣ Behavior Change & Communication (BCC) Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute BCC strategies

• Develop IEC materials

• Monitor BCC effectiveness

• Conduct trainings and awareness campaigns

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s in Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field

• 10+ years in BCC roles

• Creative with strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity

4️⃣ Gender Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Integrate gender into project components

• Conduct gender analyses and action plans

• Train staff on gender topics

• Monitor gender indicators and progress

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, or related field

• 10+ years in gender programming (public sector/NGOs/INGOs)

• Strong knowledge of gender issues in Punjab

💰 Pay Range: PKR 220,000 – 260,000

5️⃣ Environmental Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental assessments

• Ensure compliance with environmental standards

• Integrate safeguards in planning

• Develop mitigation strategies and train staff

Qualifications & Experience:

• 16 years of education in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years in NGOs/INGOs/public sector

• Strong understanding of environmental best practices
