Engineering Jobs- Wah Cantt Jobs-PO BOX 97 Jobs. A Group of Companies is looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Sr. Manager Business Development for its Headquarter in Islamabad and its business units based in Rawalpindi/Lahore Karachi to act as interface between the Company, Clients Partners and Consultants to achieve the ultimate objectives of Company.
Requirements:
BSc/ BE (Engineering) from HEC recognized university with a valid PEC registration along with minimum 10 years post qualification experience in engineering setup at managerial position.
Applicant having aforesaid qualification plus MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
While reporting to Director Business Development, the incumbent shall be responsible for the following:
Developing the marketing strategies for the company in line with company objectives besides over seeing the company’s marketing budget. Developing market penetration strategies for new business vistas.
Crafting and bringing to fruition the win-win that make partnerships truly productive.
Identifying, developing and communicating market opportunities that move us to the top of our partners’ agendas. Coaching our partners, Sales & Marketing teams and Consultants on the value proposition on existing and new projects.
Understanding the nuances of our partnership strategy to ensure partnerships work in harmony with our direct sales strategy, do not create channel conflict, and do not conflict with existing channel exclusivity partnerships.
Assist Director (S&M) for smooth functioning of the company at corporate level specifically in the matters of business promotion, exports, image building, fiscal and trade policies and to work as liaison officer between the Company and other organizations, Government departments.
Plan and facilitate participation of the Company in mega projects of energy, Oil & Gas, Cement, Sugar and infrastructure sectors etc. Preparing, analyzing and evaluating major sale contracts/agreements. Assisting higher-ups for smooth functioning of the company at corporate management level specifically in the matters of business promotion, joint ventures, project management, public relations, fiscal & trade policies and to work as liaison officer between the Company and various Government/Other departments.
Able to plan and implementing promotional campaigns.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Working closely with all relevant company/functionaries for smooth execution of sales contracts.
Any other duties assigned by Management
Emoluments:
Based on qualification, experience and suitability of the individual. This position is for three years renewable contract, subject to mutual consent.
