📋 Selection Criteria

🎓 Qualification Requirements
B.Sc./MSc (Hons) Agriculture Engineering (HEC recognized) OR
B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) (HEC recognized)
Excellent English communication skills (oral & written)
Strong presentation & interpersonal skills
Proven administrative/leadership experience
🎯 Age Limit
40–55 years (relaxation as per government policy)
💼 Experience Required
At least 15 years’ professional experience in development projects (BPS-18/19 level)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project planning, implementation & monitoring
Experience in agriculture mechanization projects will be preferred
📑 Duties & Responsibilities
The Project Director will be responsible for:
Planning, execution, and supervision of the project
Ensuring work is completed as per given standards and specifications
Monitoring project progress and ensuring quality assurance
Preparing and submitting reports to BPPRA and relevant authorities
Coordinating with stakeholders (farmers, officials, and project teams)
Managing project funds, financial control, and technical supervision
Ensuring sustainability and effective use of resources
