📌 Available Positions
1. Head Staff Relation & Welfare Department (VP/SVP)
Experience: Minimum 12 years in Banking / Financial Institutions
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized, national/international)
Responsibilities:
Disbursement of loans and employee benefits
Handling welfare funds, staff housing, and pre-retirement verification
Coordinating with NIRC, Labour Office, Police, and District Administration
Managing employee-related issues & grievances
Preparing payment verifications and other staff welfare activities
2. Head Fraud & Forgery (VP/AVP)
Experience: Minimum 7 years in Banking / Financial Institutions
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized, national/international)
Responsibilities:
Monitoring fraud/forgery cases & ensuring recovery of losses
Quarterly reporting to management
Liaison with NAB, FIA, Police & Legal Forums
Ensuring updated database of fraud cases
Recommending preventive measures against fraud
3. Head Efficiency & Enforcement Unit (AVP/VP)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Banking / Financial Institutions
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized, national/international)
Responsibilities:
Implementation of decisions from competent authorities
Data disposal of efficiency/disciplinary cases
Ensuring compliance with bank rules and policies
Record maintenance of disciplinary matters
4. Law Officer – OG-II (Multiple Positions)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Legal Practice (Banking preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (HEC recognized, national/international)
Responsibilities:
Handling legal matters, notices, court cases, and recovery suits
Coordinating with external lawyers and courts
Managing litigation portfolio
Advising management on legal issues
Reviewing contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance
5. Head – Business Continuation Unit (AVP/AVP)
Experience: Minimum 6 years in Banking
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized)
Responsibilities:
Business continuity planning & compliance with SBP regulations
Managing branch operations, cash & insurance
Supervising IT systems, risk management, and BCP strategies
Ensuring smooth operations during emergencies
6. Head – Allied Operations Unit (AVP/AVP)
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Banking
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized)
Responsibilities:
Overseeing cash balancing & reconciliation
Monitoring GL accounts, rectifying errors
Supervising regional offices, ensuring compliance with SBP directives
Supporting audit and control functions
7. Head – Central Processing Unit (AVP/AVP)
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Banking
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized)
Responsibilities:
Supervising account opening documentation & compliance
Coordinating with branches for customer onboarding
Ensuring operational efficiency & compliance with SBP regulations
Minimizing risk related to account opening
Verifying KYC/AML/CFT policies

Maximum age limit: VP/SVP 55 years, AVP/AVP 45 years, OG-II 40 years
