Head – Alternate Delivery Channels Division

Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Minimum education required is Bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university.

Minimum Experience: 10 years of banking experience including 08 years in handling Alternate Delivery Channels.

Head – Card Production Department

Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Minimum education required is Bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university Minimum

Experience: 08 years of banking experience including 05 years in handling Card Production.

Head – Call Centre Department

Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Minimum education required is Bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university.

Minimum Experience: 05 years of banking experience including 03 years in handling Call Center.

Head – Call Centre Quality Assurance Department

Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Minimum education required is Bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university.

Minimum Experience: 05 years of banking experience including 03 years in handling Call Centre Quality Assurance.

Head – Call Centre Unit

Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Minimum education required is Bachelor degree from Jan HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university.

Minimum Experience: 04 years of banking experience including 02 years in handling Call Center,

Phone Banking Officer – Call Centre Unit

Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Minimum education required is Bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university.

Minimum Experience: 01 year of Call Center handling experience in a Bank.
