Governance & Policy Project Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GPP-KP) is a Multi Donors Trust Fund (MDTF)/World Bank funded project, functioning under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Planning & Development Department. The project is assisting the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) in Public Procurement Reforms in the province.
Applications from highly qualified and experienced individuals are solicited for the following short term individual consultant to develop Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) for disposal of public assets and to develop Guidelines/SOPS for disposal of public assets in line with the provisions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act, 2012.

Short-term Individual Consultant for development of SBDs/Guidelines for disposal of assets
Qualification & Experience:
Sixteen-year education preferably in Public Procurement, Public Policy, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, Law, Business and Public Administration. A minimum ten-years’ experience in public procurement, contract administration and legal affairs with at least 3 years of experience in framework agreement management or processing procurement using framework agreements. Knowledge of government rules and/or other internationally accepted public procurement procedures is an advantage. Sound knowledge of public sector policies and reforms programs.
