A leading composite pharmaceuticals manufacturing company with backward integration, including API production, based in Lahore, is hiring qualified and experienced professionals for the following key positions: Latest Chartered Accountant Jobs 2025
📌 Position 1: Manager – Accounts & Tax
🎓 Qualification:
CA Finalist with at least 10 years of manufacturing industry experience, OR
Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a manufacturing company.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts, finance & taxation functions.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax & Sales Tax laws.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
Maintain internal controls and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Provide financial insights for decision-making.
💡 Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of manufacturing sector accounting, taxation, IFRS, ERP/accounting software, and MS Office.
📌 Position 2: Corporate Affairs Manager
🎓 Qualification & Experience:
LLB (HEC recognized); ICSP membership preferred.
5–10 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in corporate law (preferably in a listed company or law firm).
Strong knowledge of SECP, PSX, corporate governance & compliance.
Age preferably below 35 years.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with SECP, PSX, and corporate laws.
Draft/review contracts, agreements & policies.
Manage Board/Shareholder meetings and regulatory filings.
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors.
Handle corporate litigation & dispute resolution.
