👔 Position: Manager HR
📌 Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in:
Human Resource Management
Business Administration
Public Administration
Management Sciences
OR a related field from an HEC-recognized university
📌 Minimum Experience Required
At least 6 years of progressive HR experience including:
Recruitment
Performance Management
HR Operations
Policy Development
Experience in designing or developing HR functions for new organizations/startups.
Experience in IT sector or technology-oriented organizations (preferred).
📌 Proven Expertise In
HR policy formulation & implementation
Workforce planning & talent acquisition
Compensation & benefits structuring
Employee relations & disciplinary procedures
Performance management frameworks
Training & development planning
📌 Key Skills Required
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to develop HR processes from scratch
Leadership & team-management capabilities
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
High integrity, professionalism & discretion in handling HR matters
