📌 Position Details

• Post Title: Executive Secretary

• No. of Vacancies: 01

• Pay Scale: SPPS-III (Market-based)

• Maximum Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years

• Quota: Merit

🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 16 years of education or equivalent (HEC recognized). Preferably in Public/Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.

• 7 years of experience as a PSO or in a managerial role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

• Experience in healthcare infrastructure, EPC environments, high-pressure situations, and problem-solving will be an added advantage.

• Must have excellent drafting skills, command over spoken and written English, and ability to make professional presentations (PowerPoint).

📑 General Instructions

• Age will be calculated from the closing date of application submission.
