📌 Position Details
Post Title: Executive Secretary
No. of Vacancies: 01
Pay Scale: SPPS-III (Market-based)
Maximum Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years
Quota: Merit
🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience
Minimum 16 years of education or equivalent (HEC recognized). Preferably in Public/Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
7 years of experience as a PSO or in a managerial role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
Experience in healthcare infrastructure, EPC environments, high-pressure situations, and problem-solving will be an added advantage.
Must have excellent drafting skills, command over spoken and written English, and ability to make professional presentations (PowerPoint).
📑 General Instructions
Age will be calculated from the closing date of application submission.
