🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Male / Female

• Age Limit: Not more than 57 years

• Health: Medically fit

• Skills: Strong communication, administrative, and management skills

🔹 Qualification & Experience

• Required: MA / MSc (or equivalent) in any subject

• Experience: Minimum 15 years teaching & administration at Intermediate or Degree College level

• Preference: Candidates with Cambridge Educational System experience

🔹 Ineligibility (Candidates Will Be Disqualified If):

❌ Dismissed prematurely from Govt. or Non-Govt. institution
❌ Terminated from any Fazaia institution due to disciplinary reasons
❌ Involved in moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses

🔹 Pay & Perks

✔️ Attractive pay package for the selected candidate
✔️ Contract-based employment for 2 years (renewable annually based on performance)
