🌿 About the Department
The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EP&CCD), Government of Punjab, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for various positions under the ADP Scheme “Establishment of Environmental Protection Force in 10 Zones of Punjab.”
This initiative aims to strengthen environmental monitoring and protection efforts across the province.
💼 Available Positions
1. GIS Specialist (05 Posts)
Responsibilities:
-
Manage and analyze geospatial data to support environmental monitoring and planning.
-
Develop GIS maps and models for environmental protection projects.
-
Provide technical support and coordinate with zonal teams for GIS-based reporting.
Eligibility:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Space Science, or Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
-
Relevant field experience in GIS or environmental data systems will be preferred.
2. IT Specialist (05 Posts)
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and maintain IT systems to support environmental protection projects.
-
Ensure data security, system maintenance, and software management.
-
Collaborate with field and administrative teams for smooth IT operations.
Eligibility:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
-
Experience in database or network management preferred.
