Fatima Jinnah Medical University, Lahore (Punjab, Pakistan) invites applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab to fill various university-created posts in different departments. Recruitment will be made under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended in 2022) for a period of three (03) years (extendable based on performance).

1. Registrar (BPS-20) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 30–45 years
Qualification: MBBS/ BDS with additional qualifications (Ph.D./ M.Phil./ MBA/ MPH) recognized by HEC
Experience: Minimum 10 years’ teaching/administrative experience in medical college/university/hospital
2. Director (Medical Education) (BPS-20) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 30–45 years
Qualification: MBBS with FCPS/ PhD/ MPH/ M.Ed. in Medical Education (HEC recognized)
Experience: At least 10 years’ academic/ administrative/ teaching experience
3. Director (IT) (BPS-20) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 30–45 years
Qualification: MS/M.Phil. in IT/ Computer Science/ Data Sciences
Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT project management
4. Additional Director (Medical Education) (BPS-19) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 30–45 years
Qualification: MBBS with MPH/ M.Ed. or related qualification in Medical Education
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

Age Limit: 30–45 years
Qualification: MS in IT/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ professional IT management experience
6. Deputy Director (Medical Education) (BPS-18) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 22–40 years
Qualification: MBBS with MPH/ MSc/ HPE/ M.Ed.
Experience: 5 years’ relevant academic/ administrative experience
7. Deputy Registrar (BPS-18) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 25–45 years
Qualification: MBA/ MPA/ LL.B/ equivalent from HEC recognized university
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ relevant administrative experience
8. Deputy Controller of Examination (BPS-18) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 25–45 years
Qualification: MBA/ MPA/ MSc/ equivalent
Experience: 5 years’ exam management/ coordination experience
9. Senior Engineer (Electrical) (BPS-18) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 22–35 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (PEC recognized)
Experience: At least 5 years’ project/ maintenance experience
10. Deputy Director (QEC) (BPS-18) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 22–35 years
Qualification: Master’s in relevant discipline
Experience: 3–5 years’ quality assurance/ audit experience
11. Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) (BPS-17) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 22–35 years
Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (PEC recognized)
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ field/ construction experience

Each requires relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees with 2–3 years’ professional experience.

Recruitment will be purely on contract basis (3 years), extendable based on performance.
Punjab domicile is mandatory.
TA/DA will not be admissible for tests or interviews.
