Age Limit: Maximum 62 Years
🎓 Minimum Qualification & Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:
Master’s degree or above from an HEC-recognized university
Eligible Background:
Serving or retired Bureaucrats, Academicians, or Armed Forces Officers
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 20 years of overall experience
At least 03 years of experience in a Senior Management Position
Relevant experience in:
Training & Development
Management
Human Resource Development
Educational Institutions
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
Strategic vision for training and education policy formulation
Ability to manage multiple training institutes and schools across Pakistan
Expertise in modern training programs, curriculum development, and evaluation systems
Experience in faculty development, budgeting, and administration
Knowledge of quality assurance, accreditation standards, and performance monitoring
Strong analytical, leadership, and critical thinking skills
📅 Tenure of Appointment
Initial contract for 03 years
06 months probation period
Extendable based on satisfactory performance
No right to regularization at any stage
💼 Pay Package (Official)
For Serving Employees:
Last pay drawn + BPS-20 perks & privileges (as per WAPDA rules)
For Retired Employees:
Lumpsum package
