A Group of Companies is looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Sr. Manager HRBP for its Headquarter in Islamabad and its business units based in Rawalpindi Lahore/Karachi to develop and implement strategic people management practices. The HRBP shall monitor performance of direct reports and ensures Human Resources initiatives are designed and implemented at each business unit level.


Minimum MBA MS in Human Resources Organization Development with 10 years post qualification relevant experience.

Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks.

Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management.


While reporting to Group Director HR on all HR activities, the incumbent shall be responsible for the following: –

Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to Executives and the Leadership Team at all levels within Head Office and its Business Units to facilitate Business Plan delivery.

Perform as lead role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to the firm’s objectives.

Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.

Ensure compliance and implementation of the Organization’s Regulations and management decisions within due time period and bringing any deviation into the notice of Management.

Prepare HR progress report for statutory bodies meetings i.e., the Quarterly BoDs, Audit Committee, HR Committee and the Selection Board and follow-up on actions assigned.

Preparing working papers and minutes of the Selection Board meetings.

Devise tools for employee’s motivation to ensure proper talent retention.

Remain in close coordination with head of departments for shared vision and strategic implementations.

Carry on HR Planning and oversee the entire functions of department that includes but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensations & Benefits, Employee Relations & Counseling, Performance Management & Career Development, Training & Development.

Develop, supervise and implement organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, policies and guidelines, database management procedures, and employee records and documentation policies.

Design new policies and propose new ideas relevant to the development of human resource of company

Review/supervise and amend any Policy Template letter generated by HR Department.


Based on qualification, experience and suitability of the individual. This position is for three years renewable contract, subject to mutual consent.
