The C&W Department of Punjab is on the way to have Joint financing from the Asian Development Bank and AIIB for Project No. P54149-001-PAK to cover the cost of Punjab Arterial Roads Improvement Program (PARIP) / Punjab Sustainable Highway Development Program (PSHDP).

(i) Applications for Sr. No.1 to 18 are to be submitted online on the Punjab Job Portal at http://www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk.
(ii) Applications for Sr. 19 to 23 should be reached by post / courier along with CV, Domicile Certificate, Experience Certificate, 3 recent passport size photographs and copies of educational testimonials (duly attested / verified) during the office hour upto last date of submission at the address given below. (iii) The last date for submission of application is 22-08-2022 till office hours.
(iv) The committee constituted by the competent authority will determine the eligibility, suitability (through evaluation criteria) and subsequently interview. Only shortlisted candidate will be called for interview.
(v) The applicant for the post of Support-Staff such as PA, Office Assistant, Account Assistant, Computer Operator cum PA, Diary & Dispatcher and Drivers will be given test for their shortlisting prior to interview. The preference will be given to ex-servicemen for the post of security guard. The contract appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, job/post specific, non-pensionable & conferring no right for regularization. The contract appointment will be initially for Five (05) Year, which can be extended / reduced up to project period with the approval of competent authority.
(vii) Offered Salary against each position is on lump-sum basis (included all allowances), with 8.76% annual increment.
(viii) NOC of Government Servant is required. The in-service selected persons through open competition will be eligible for having project incentive allowance as will be determined by the competent forum.
(ix) The Government incumbent who resigned or get retirement (voluntarily) prior to joining PMU will be considered marked based candidate and will be offered market based salary accordingly.
(x) Preference will be given to candidates (from Sr. No.1 to 10 except No.8) who have experience on the similar projects, working with Government Development Agencies, relevant overseas project experience, MDB funded project and enhanced qualification. Only post qualification experience will be considered.
(xi) No relaxation in upper age limit is admissible against all posts except Government Notification issued after December 2021.
(xii) Incomplete applications shall be rejected summarily and only the shortlisted candidates shall be intimated / call for test / interviews.
(xiii) No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for Test / Interview.
