RECOVERY & COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

BBA / MBA/M.Com/B.Com

Experience:

In At least 4 to 5 years proven work experience in a hospital or at a renowned bank/financial institution .

Role Scope:

The role ensures that account/ billing reviews are conducted on a timely basis with a close coordination with operations to ensure timely collections of accounts receivable.
The successful candidate will be active in negotiating collection terms & settlements
To design & implement processes for account/ billing follow-ups, financial counseling, monitoring & negotiation for collection of current & overdue accounts to reduce receivables
Review & validate the process and documentation requirements
