General Instructions:

Applicants working in government/Semi government organizations Corporations and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel with N.O.C. from the employer.

Applicants for the positions of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor are required to submit four copies of the applications/dossiers duly bind along with a soft copy of dossier in PDF form.

Applicants for non-teaching positions are required to submit Three copies of applications/dossiers on the prescribed proforma along with attested documents degrees/ certificates (1) experience certificates (1) CNIC (iv) domicile (v) 2 recent photographs, in binding form with a Pay Order, Bank Draft or paid Challan (only HBL, QAU branch Account No.02940006215103) for Rs.2.000/- for each position (Sr. No. 1 to 3) and Rs. 1,000/- (Sr. No. 4 to 5) drawn in favor of Director, NIPS, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad Applications for the teaching posts from abroad may be sent along with US $100 as application fee.

All the applications should reach the office of the Director NIPS within 60 days of the date of this advertisement.

Age limit and relaxation will be admissible as per rules. Internal candidates can apply on BPS.

Applications incomplete in any regard will not be entertained at the time of interview.

Decision of the Institute shall remain binding in all cases.
