Available Positions
1. Branch Banking Operations Head (01 Post) – Lahore
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (HEC recognized)
Experience: At least 5 years post-qualification, including 3 years in a similar role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth branch banking activities (cash management, lockers, remittance, cheque issuance, collections, etc.).
-
Implement operational policies and monitor controls in compliance with SBP regulations.
-
Coordinate with teams for branch openings, rotations, and documentation.
-
Oversee ATM & Debit Card transaction settlement, reconciliation, dispute management, and reporting.
2. Branch Managers (Multiple Positions across Punjab)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (HEC recognized)
Experience: At least 5 years post-qualification, including 3 years in a similar role.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise overall branch operations, deposits, advances, and recoveries.

Mobilize new business and enhance customer relationships.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely recovery of dues.
-
Implement compliance with SBP policies, AML/CFT regulations, and bank policies.
-
Safeguard assets, strengthen internal controls, and monitor staff performance.
3. Officer Call Center (05 Posts) – Lahore
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (HEC recognized)
Experience: At least 2 years post-qualification in a similar role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls with professionalism.

Accurately log complaints and service requests into CRM/ticketing systems.
-
Escalate complex issues to supervisors and ensure timely resolution.
-
Maintain customer interaction records and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.

Pay Package
Negotiable – based on qualifications and experience.
