Description
HR dept. ensures a congenial working atmosphere for the workforce, which includes continuous alignment of HR policies and their implementation in line with the organizational objectives & framework, HR planning and budgeting; recruitment, compensation, benefits and funds management; performance appraisals and promotions; employee relations and grievance handling. Administration is responsible for organizing events, procurement, provision and maintenance of office equipment, medical services, maintenance and renovation of office facilities such as daycare and gym, safety and security of the SECP’s premises.

Detailed Description
Duties and Responsibilities               ·       Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

·       Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.

·       Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

·       Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

·       Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.

·       Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal and other related employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

·       Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

·       Develops and implements departmental budget.

·       Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.

·       Administers the functions of procurement, facility management, transportation & other related areas etc.

·       Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements
Qualification ·       Masters/ Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other related discipline from HEC recognized reputable University/Institute.

·       Certification from SHRM/HRCI or other accredited international institutions shall be preferred

Post Qualification Experience ·       Minimum Twelve (12) years of progressively expanding post-qualification experience, that covers all broad areas of Human Resource Management in professionally managed organizations with the reputation of having best-in-class human resource management practices.

Note: This position is eventually for a professional HR Manager, who will additionally be responsible for overseeing the function of Administration.

Age ·       Maximum 50 years on the last date of submission of application.
Functional/Technical Skills ·       Previous experience of managing a Human Resources team

·       Previously influenced senior managers, built strong commercial relationships and driven an HR strategy

·       HR Manager level – must be comfortable working in a standalone environment

·       Can quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with department managers. Demonstrable maturity, professionalism and gravitas

·       Ability to recognize the value and responsibility of working in a team, actively supports and develops team members, quick to identify and problem solve any issues

·       Act as a role model for the organization looks beyond own team as a role model and source of knowledge. Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes
